Permits and Access Information
Rapid Global
All integrator staff must have current Rapid Global inducations to work on site at Curtin.
All integrator staff must check in to Rapid Global prior to starting work.
Associate Access
Integrators may onboard select staff as Associates. This onboarding will provide the facility for a Curtin Staff ID and access to Curtin buildings and systems without the need to sign out access cards from Security each day.
All Associates must complete mandatory onboarding exercises within the Curtin Training Portal iPerform.
Site Access Forms
Staff that are not onboarded as associates will require an approved site access forms and permit request to be completed if they need access through any access controlled door.
As such Curtin recommends that non-associates only be used when accompanied by an associate.

Once signed, the permit request can be made. The staff member can then use the approved form to sign out a card and/or keys from the Security office.
Permits should be completed at least 1 day in advance.
Isolation and Work at Heights Permits
Smoke Isolation should be undertaken whenever significant gyprock cutting is being undertaken. Smoke Isolation permits must be submitted at least 2 business days prior to the isolation start date.
Work at Heights permits should be completed prior to any work where a platform height above 2m is required.

A worksite signage template can be downloaded from the link below and should be taped on all entrance and exit doors of a worksite.
